Want to try something out of your comfort zone? Have you ever thought of throwing some punches? Boxing is a full body workout, targeting every muscle in the body. It’s a high-intensity internal training that includes throwing punches, jumping rope, and squatting.

Finding the right and comfortable apparel is always important for new workouts. During a boxing workout you’ll have gloves on the most of the time so you won’t have mobility to keep rearranging your clothes.
